The invention provides a guide rail structure for a hidden anti-swing folding door. The guide rail structure comprises a door guide rail part and a guide rail moving part with hanging wheels, whereinthe door guide rail part is arranged in a ceiling part, and ceiling closing-in coatings are arranged on the two sides of two coating closing-in positions at the bottom of the door guide rail part; oneend or two ends of a guide rail body of the door guide rail part are provided with overhaul holes; the guide rail moving part with the hanging wheels is mounted in the door guide rail part through the overhaul holes; a pair of sliding rails allowing guide wheels to slide is arranged in the upper portion of the guide rail body; the two sides of a moving part body support of the guide rail moving part with the hanging wheels are each provided with a rolling wheel; a guide wheel mounting plate is arranged on the moving part body support; and the guide wheels are mounted on the guide wheel mounting plate in pairs through rotary shafts. According to the guide rail structure, the guide wheel mounting plate is arranged on main bodies of the ceiling rolling wheels of the guide rail structure, theguide wheels are mounted on the guide wheel mounting plate in pairs, the corresponding guide wheel guide rails are arranged in the guide rail body in a matched mode, and the overall moving stabilityis improved through the guide wheels in use.
