Seawater and coral sand mixed red mud-coal gangue based geopolymer concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses seawater and coral sand mixed red mud-coal gangue based geopolymer concrete. The concrete comprises red mud, coal gangue, coral sand, gravel, a sodium hydroxide solution, a water glass solution, artificial seawater and a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing artificial seawater; screening out fine sand from the coral sand; knocking large coal gangue blocks into small coal gangue blocks, and crushing the small coal gangue blocks; air-drying or drying the red mud slurry until the water content is lower than 3%, measuring thepH value of the red mud slurry, and then crushing the red mud slurry; preparing a red mud-coal gangue mixed raw material; preparing a sodium hydroxide solution; lowering the mold of the water glass through a sodium hydroxide solution; mixing the sodium hydroxide solution with the water glass solution subjected to mold reduction to form an alkaline activator; designing the total proportion of thematerials; and preparing all the prepared raw materials into a finished product. The prepared concrete is high in compressive strength and slump, low in cost and wide in application range, recycling of two large solid wastes is achieved, and a new building material source is provided for island and reef construction.
本发明公开一种海水和珊瑚砂混合赤泥‑煤矸石基地聚合物混凝土,包括赤泥、煤矸石、珊瑚砂、碎石、氢氧化钠溶液、水玻璃溶液、人工海水,减水剂。其制备方法为:配制人工海水;珊瑚砂筛选出细砂;将大块煤矸石敲成小块后将其粉碎;将赤泥浆液风干或烘干至水分含量低于3%,测得其pH值,之后将其粉碎;制作赤泥‑煤矸石混合原料;配制氢氧化钠溶液;通过氢氧化钠溶液将水玻璃降模;将氢氧化钠溶液与降模后的水玻璃溶液混合形成碱性活化剂;设计材料总配比;将所有准备好的原料制备成成品。本发明制备的混凝土抗压强度和塌落度高,成本低,运用范围广,不仅解决了两大大宗固体废物的回收利用,还为岛礁建设提供了新的建筑材料来源。
