The recycled coarse aggregate is loaded with aerobic bacillus corii liquid, and the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate is coated with shellac. The environment-friendly impermeable high-durability concrete has the advantage that the impermeability of the environment-friendly concrete can be improved.
