The low-temperature synthesis process comprises the following steps: adding ester functional monomers, macromonomer polyether, hydrogen peroxide and water into a reaction kettle, and heating and stirring until the ester functional monomers, the macromonomer polyether, the hydrogen peroxide and the water are completely dissolved; adding acrylic acid and dipropylene glycol into water to prepare a dropwise adding solution A, and then adding ascorbic acid and 3-mercaptopropionic acid into water to prepare a dropwise adding solution B; and dropwise adding the dropwise-added solution A and the dropwise-added solution B into a reaction kettle at a constant speed, and adding liquid caustic soda to adjust the pH value to 6-7 after the reaction is completed. According to the invention, the problem of durability of a concrete structure caused by shrinkage cracking of concrete is solved, and the shrinkage-reducing water reducing agent with high water reducing rate and good cement adaptability is developed.
本发明公开了一种抗裂减缩型减水剂低温合成工艺,包括以下步骤,在反应釜中加入酯类功能单体、大单体聚醚、双氧水及水加热搅拌至完全溶解;将丙烯酸与一缩二丙二醇加入水中配成滴加液A,再将抗坏血酸和3-巯基丙酸加入水中配成滴加液B;将滴加液A和滴加液B匀速滴加入反应釜中,待反应完成加液碱调节pH值为6~7即得。本发明解决了混凝土因收缩开裂引起的混凝土结构耐久性问题,研制了一种减水率高、水泥适应性好的减缩型减水剂。
