The invention discloses an accessible roof composite waterproof system, which comprises a flexible waterproof bonding layer coated on a base layer, a polymer waterproof coiled material paved on the flexible waterproof bonding layer, and an anti-aging layer coated outside the polymer waterproof coiled material, wherein the flexible waterproof bonding layer is prepared by spraying of a flexible waterproof emulsion prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of acrylate emulsion, 8-15 parts of a film-forming agent, 2-6 parts of a thickening agent, 2-6 parts of a mildew preventive, 3-7 parts of an anti-aging agent, 2-6 parts of a defoaming agent and 8-15 parts of a flexible agent; the anti-aging layer is formed by spraying a rigid waterproof glue solution preparedfrom 30-50 parts of acrylate emulsion, 10-20 parts of rigid resin-flexible resin, 6-12 parts of carborundum, 8-15 parts of a film-forming agent, 2-6 parts of a thickening agent, 2-6 parts of a mildewpreventive, 3-7 parts of an anti-aging agent, 2-6 parts of a defoaming agent and 2-6 parts of a coloring agent. The composite waterproof system disclosed by the invention has the advantages of hardness and softness, strong weather resistance and wear resistance, one-step molding of waterproof protection for an accessible roof, and convenience in construction and maintenance; if different coloringagents are added, the product can be used in different occasions, and the attractiveness is high.
本发明公开了一种上人屋面复合防水系统,包括涂覆在基础层上的柔性防水粘接层,铺设在柔性防水粘接层上的聚合物防水卷材以及涂覆在聚合物防水卷材外的防老化层,其中柔性防水粘接层是由原料丙烯酸酯乳液40‑60份,成膜剂8‑15份,增稠剂2‑6份,防霉剂2‑6份,抗老化剂3‑7份,消泡剂2‑6份,柔性剂8‑15份配制的柔性防水乳液喷涂而成;防老化层是由丙烯酸酯乳液30‑50份、刚性树脂+柔性树脂10‑20份、金刚砂6‑12份、成膜剂8‑15份、增稠剂2‑6份、防霉剂2‑6份、抗老化剂3‑7份、消泡剂2‑6份、色剂2‑6份配制的刚性防水胶液喷涂而成。本发明的复合防水系统刚柔并济,耐候性和耐磨性强,对于上人屋面,防水防护一次成型,施工和维修方便;若加入不同色剂,可满足不同场合使用,美观性强。
