The invention provides a melamine-formaldehyde resin adhesive, wear-resistant paper and a laminate floor. The melamine-formaldehyde resin adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of formaldehyde, 80 to 100 parts of melamine, 10 to 30 parts of urea, 1 to 4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 15 to 35 parts of a modified wear-resistant additive; and the modified wear-resistant additive is a chitosan composite material loaded with nano aluminum oxide. According to the melamine-formaldehyde resin adhesive, the wear-resistant paper and the laminate floor providedby the invention, the wear-resistant adhesive paper and the laminate floor produced by dipping the melamine-formaldehyde resin adhesive can obtain a relatively high wear-resistant value on the premise of not using wear-resistant base paper, and formaldehyde release can be effectively reduced.
