According to the invention, spikes can befound in the railway construction process, the spikes can be automatically screwed and installed, the time of constructors can be saved, the constructors do not need to align and then screw, the railway construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the spikes at the two sides of the rail can be screwed simultaneously, operation is stable, special guards are not needed, and manpower is saved.
