The invention relates to a long-span, small-radius and high-pier cast-in-place beam composite support turning method which comprises the following steps that four sets of steel pipe supports are erected from two adjacent pier columns to the midspan in sequence, two sets of pier columns close to the two sides are long-sided, and an equilateral trapezoid with the large outer portion and the small inner portion is formed between two rectangles; after the four sets of supports in the same span are erected, bearing beams are transversely installed on the tops of the steel pipe stand columns, and bailey pieces are longitudinally erected after the bearing beams are installed; longitudinal bearing beams are erected on the transverse heavy beams, transverse distribution beams are erected on the longitudinal bearing beams, a disc buckle type full framing is erected on the distribution beams, a disc opening support in the steering area is connected with a front body disc buckle support and a rearbody disc buckle support into a whole through transverse rods and special-shaped bayonets, and a stable overall stress structure is formed. The safety problem of a steering position structure of an existing high-pier composite support is solved, the structure is simple and convenient, construction efficiency is high, operation is easy, and practicability is high.
本发明涉及一种长跨径、小半径、高墩现浇梁复合支架转弯方法,包括如下步骤:按顺序从相邻两墩柱开始向跨中开始搭设4组钢管支架,靠近两侧墩柱两组为长边形,两长方形之间行成外大内小的等边梯形状,同一跨内四组支架搭设完成后在钢管立柱顶横向安装承重梁,承重梁安装完成后纵向搭设贝雷片;在横向重梁上搭设纵向承重梁,纵向承重梁上搭设横向分配梁,分配梁上搭设盘扣式满堂支架,该转向区域的盘口支架通过横杆和异形卡口与前后主体盘扣支架连接为整体,形成稳定的整体受力结构。解决以往高墩复合支架转向处结构安全性问题,结构简单方便,施工效率高、易操作,实用性强。
