A cast-in-place bearing platform of the scaffold supporting system is embedded into the steep mountain body; a vertical rod on one side of the shaped temporary support penetrates through the bridge floor; the bridge deck slab of the bridge deck slab steel bar binding jig frame stretches across the bridge deck slab and is arranged on the circular supporting plates of the shaped temporary supports on the two sides; a transverse steel gangplank of the bridge deck concrete construction platform is arranged on the connecting rods of the shaped temporary supports on the two sides across the bridge deck. A steel pipe pile-supported scaffold supporting system or a stepped scaffold supporting system is adopted for different terrains, a bridge deck slab steel bar binding jig frame and a bridge deck slab concrete construction platform are arranged by fully utilizing a shaped temporary support, and a tensioning fixing device and a fixing hanging support are further additionally arranged. The invention has the characteristics of advanced technology, good structural stability, high construction efficiency and safety.
本发明提供了钢管混凝土拼装式桁架组合梁施工体系及施工方法,通过设置脚手架支撑系统、定型化临时支架、桥面板钢筋绑扎胎架和桥面板混凝土施工平台;脚手架支撑系统的现浇承台嵌入陡峭山体;定型化临时支架的一侧立杆贯穿桥面设置;桥面板钢筋绑扎胎架的横跨桥面板设置在两侧定型化临时支架的圆形托板上;桥面板混凝土施工平台的横向钢跳板跨桥面板设置在两侧定型化临时支架的连系杆上。本发明针对不同地形分别采用钢管桩承式脚手架支撑系统或台阶式脚手架支撑系统,并充分利用定型化临时支架设置了桥面板钢筋绑扎胎架及桥面板混凝土施工平台,还增设了张拉固定装置及固定吊架,具有技术先进、结构稳定性好、施工效率高且安全的特点。
