Novel fabricated stair shaft for cross beam construction of overpass railway bridge and application method of novel fabricated stair shaft
The invention relates to a novel fabricated stair shaft for construction of an overpass railway bridge beam and an application method of the novel fabricated stair shaft. The novel fabricated stair shaft comprises a main suspension platform and a protective disc, the main suspension platform is composed of a vertical support, a suspension rod and a suspension platform base, and the vertical support, the suspension rod and the suspension platform base are combined to form a triangular suspension structure; the top of the vertical support is provided with a hanging ring for a hanging support steel pipe to penetrate through, one end of the suspension platform base is fixedly connected with the bottom of the vertical support, the other end of the suspension platform base is connected with thebottom end of the hanging rod, and the top end of the hanging rod is fixedly connected with the vertical support; and the suspension platform base and the protective disc are detachably connected andfixed. The stair shaft has the advantages of being 1) suitable for construction of different types of cross beams at different positions, 2) good in insulation effect and capable of reducing the safety risk of operators, 3) capable of being completely assembled, moved and disassembled manually, and capable of avoiding the safety risk of large mechanical construction within the range of a businessline, and and 4) capable of ensuring the safety of train operation and the safety of equipment such as a contact net.
本发明涉及一种新型上跨铁路桥横梁施工的装配式梯井及其应用方法,包括主悬吊平台以及防护盘,主悬吊平台由竖向支撑、吊杆、悬吊平台底座构成,其中竖向支撑、吊杆以及悬吊平台底座组合构成三角悬吊结构,其中竖向支撑的顶部设置有供悬吊支撑钢管穿过的吊环,悬吊平台底座的一端与竖向支撑的底部固定连接,另一端与吊杆的底端相连接,吊杆的顶端与竖向支撑固定连接;悬吊平台底座与防护盘构成可拆卸式的连接固定。本发明的优点是:1)适应不同类型不同位置的横梁施工;2)绝缘效果好,减少了操作人员的安全风险;3)可完全由人工进行组装、移动和拆卸,避免了营业线范围内大型机械施工的安全风险;4)确保列车运行安全和接触网等设备安全。
