The invention discloses a method for enabling an anti-sinking plate and a jacket to adapt to water depth changes and seabed unevenness. The anti-sinking plate comprises three anti-sinking plate modules which are a first anti-sinking plate module, a second anti-sinking plate module and a third anti-sinking plate module; and the three anti-sinking plate modules are suitable for different seabed environments. By selecting the anti-sinking plate modules connected with a cross arm at the bottom of the jacket, the three modules are combined for use, so that the jacket adapts to the seabed unevennessand the water depth changes, the jacket design period is shortened, offshore construction is simplified, the standardized jacket can adapt to different water depths and seabed environments, jacket structure adjustment or repeated design caused by the water depth changes and sea leveling operation caused by the seabed unevenness are avoided, and overall standardization of jacket design, construction and installation is achieved. Therefore, the overall improvement of design and construction efficiency can be achieved, and the design and construction cost is greatly reduced.
