The reinforced concrete soil pile comprises a steel reinforcement framework layer;the inside and the outside of the steel reinforcement framework layer are filled with concrete layers; and each concrete layer is prepared from the components in parts by mass: 100-200 parts of water,250-350 parts of cement, 600-700 parts of sand, 1,200-1,300 parts of stones, 10-30 parts of steel slag, 10-30 parts of gypsum, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent, and 10-20 parts of glass fibers. The maximum particle size of the stones is 20 mm, and the minimum particle size of the sand is 1 mm. The reinforced concrete soil pile is high in strength, the water, the cement, the sand, the stones, the steel slag, the gypsum, the water reducing agent and the glass fibers serve as concrete raw materials, the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, and the cost is low.
