The sectional material component with the H-shaped section is arranged to inhibit concrete crack development, and meanwhile, the local stability of the sectional material component is improved; the longitudinal bars and the stirrups improve the bending resistance and crack resistance of the concrete; and the studs effectively guaranteethat the outer plates and the concrete are bonded into a whole and are stressed synergistically, the crack resistance of the PEC structure is improved, and recycling can be achieved.
