The excavation-free steel drum cofferdam mounting device comprises a negative pressure mounting system, a horizontal detection device and a steel drum connection water stop device; the negative pressure mounting system comprises a negative pressure mounting device main body, an electronic mechanical buckle, an annular mounting top cap and a rubber sealing ring; and the steel drum connecting water stop device comprises a steel drum cofferdam outer ring connecting water stop deviceand a steel drum cofferdam inner ring connecting device. A steel drum is mounted through the negative pressure mounting system, excavation and sinking are not needed for mounting the steel drum, the height difference between a suction drum and the steel drum does not need to be considered, excavation-free rapid and safe construction of a steel drum cofferdam is achieved, the application range is wide, the manufacturing cost is low, the negative pressure mounting system can be repeatedly used, and energy consumption can be reduced; effective connection between the mounting device and the steeldrum is guaranteed through the electronic mechanical buckle, and the construction safety is guaranteed; the water stop device at the joint of the outer side of the steel drum cofferdam effectively ensures hydraulic isolation of cofferdam filling soil and a water area, avoids the risk of loss of the filling soil in the cofferdam, and ensures the overall safety of the steel drum cofferdam.
