Connecting system between underwater steel pipe piles and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a connecting system between underwater steel pipe piles and a mounting method thereof. The connecting system comprises at least two sleeves and at least one limiting device; each limiting device is used for being fixedly connected with the steel pipe piles; each sleeve is of a hollow structure, every two adjacent sleeves are oppositely arranged, a connecting system bar piece is arranged between the outer walls of every two adjacent sleeves, one end of each connecting system bar piece is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the corresponding sleeve, and the other endof each connecting system bar piece is fixedly connected to the outer wall, adjacent to the sleeve, of the corresponding sleeve; and the sleeves are used for being arranged on the steel pipe piles ina sleeving mode, the bottoms of the sleeves abut against the limiting devices, and then the sleeves are clamped. The connecting system is simple in structure, convenient to mount, free of underwater welding, high in applicability and capable of effectively reducing the free length of the steel pipe piles, improving the stability of the steel pipe piles and achieving the purpose of effectively controlling the construction cost.
本发明涉及一种水下钢管桩间连接系及其安装方法,包括至少两个套筒、至少一个限位装置;所述限位装置用于与钢管桩固定连接;所述套筒为中空结构件,相邻的两个套筒相对设置,相邻所述套筒的外壁间设置有连接系杆件,所述连接系杆件一端固定连接在套筒的外壁上,连接系杆件的另一端固定连接在该套筒相邻套筒的外壁上;所述套筒用于套设在钢管桩上并且所述套筒的底部与所述限位装置相抵后将套筒卡紧。该连接系结构简单,安装方便,不需要进行水下焊接,适用性高,能够有效减小钢管桩的自由长度,提高其自身稳定性,达到有效控制施工成本的目的。
