Theretaining wall body is arranged on one side of a cob wall; the active pressurizing system comprises an active driving assembly and a pressurizing assembly. When water flows into the drainage cavity through the drainage channel, water pressure acts on the active driving assembly, and the active driving assembly is configured to transmit acting force of water to the pressurizing assembly to drive the pressurizing assembly to transversely transmit the acting force to the cob wall.
