The invention relates to a lock structure for an escape wellhead of a comprehensive pipe gallery and an intelligent well lid. The lock structure comprises a lock shell, a lock pin fixing frame, a curved-surface lock pin, a transmission warped plate, a transmission connecting rod, a transmission pressing rod and an operating handle; the lock shell is used for being installed at the bottom of the well lid; the lock pin fixing frame is fixedly connected to the lock shell; the curved-surface lock pin is connected with the lock pin fixing frame through a first pin shaft, a reset spring is arrangedat the bottom of the curved-surface lock pin, an opening is formed in the inner side of the curved-surface lock pin, the curved-surface lock pin pops up in a normal state, and the well lid is locked by clamping a bearing edge of a well seat through the curved-surface side; the transmission warped plate is connected with the lock pin fixing frame through a second pin shaft, one end of the transmission warped plate is arranged in the opening, the position of the second pin shaft serves as a fulcrum, and the curved surface lock pin retracts inwards when the transmission warped plate is pressed downwards; the transmission connecting rod is connected with the lock shell through a movable pin; the transmission pressing rod is fixedly arranged on the transmission connecting rod, and the transmission pressing rod is connected with the other end of the transmission warped plate; and the operating handle is arranged at the bottom of the transmission connecting rod.
