The safety monitoring system comprises a static load platform, a deformation measuring system and a risk monitoring system; the static load platform comprises a force transmission supporting assembly, a jack, a ballast and buttresses; the jack is arranged at the upper end of a detection pile; two ends of the force transmission supporting assembly are erected on the buttresses on two sides respectively; the upper end of the jack abuts against the bottom of the force transmission supporting assembly; theballast is located at the upper end of the force transmission supporting assembly; the gravity center of the ballast, the center of the force transmission supporting assembly and the center of the jack are all superposed with a stress axis of the detection pile; the deformation measuring system is connected with the force transmission supporting assembly and used for collecting and sending deformation data of the force transmission supporting assembly in real time; and the risk monitoring system is used for receiving the deformation data, carrying out specific mathematical analysis and judging whether the force transmission supporting assembly has a lifting risk and an overturning risk or not.
