The invention provides a prefabricated assembly type shear wall hand hole plugging device and a construction method thereof, belongs to the technical field of building construction, and aims to solvethe problem of cracks caused by poor combination of novel and old concrete surfaces in hand hole plugging of cast-in-place concrete. The hand hole plugging device matches a hand hole of a prefabricated assembly type shear wall and comprises a cube component, wherein a through U-shaped opening is formed in the height direction of the cube component, the opening end of the U-shaped opening faces theinner wall of the hand hole, the bottom end of the U-shaped opening is a certain distance away from the back face of a cube, and through grooves are formed in the two side faces and the bottom face of the cube component in the width direction. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, the shear wall is hoisted in place, vertical steel bars are disconnected at a position of the hand hole, then connection of a vertical component is completed, then the hand hole is plugged by means of the hand hole plugging device, and finally grouting and seam sealing are conducted on a seam formed after the hand hole is plugged; and the defect that a traditional plugging technology is poor in manufacturability is overcome, the labor cost and the material cost are saved, and the hand hole plugging sealing performance is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种预制装配式剪力墙手孔封堵装置及施工方法，属于建筑施工技术领域，用于解决现浇混凝土进行手孔封堵存在的新旧混凝土面结合差而导致的裂缝问题。该手孔封堵装置与预制装配式剪力墙的手孔相配合，它包括立方体构件，其高度方向设有贯通的U型开口，U型开口的开口端朝向手孔内壁方向，U型开口的底端距离立方体背面一定距离；立方体构件的两个侧面及底面沿宽度方向设有贯通的凹槽。该施工方法，首先将剪力墙吊装就位并在手孔位置处断开竖向钢筋，然后完成竖向构件的连接，接着采用手孔封堵装置封堵手孔，最后对手孔封堵后的缝隙注浆封缝。它弥补了传统封堵工艺性差的缺陷，节约了劳动力成本和材料成本，保证了手孔封堵密封性。
