The invention discloses a high-safety folding climbing scaffold. The high-safety folding climbing scaffold comprises a U-shaped frame, wherein a platform is arranged above the U-shaped frame; supporting legs are arranged under the two ends of the U-shaped frame; two sliding wheels are connected under the supporting legs; a fixing mechanism achieving a fixing effect is arranged between the two sliding wheels; a first motor is arranged under the U-shaped frame; the platform is connected with the first motor through an ascending and descending mechanism; and rotating cavities are formed in the two side walls of the U-shaped frame. Through the arrangement of the fixing mechanism, the two sliding wheels at the bottoms of the supporting legs can be fixed and cannot slide when the scaffold is used; on one hand, a constructor does not need to hold the scaffold with hands, so that manpower is reduced; and on the other hand, danger is reduced. Through the arrangement of an adjusting mechanism and two sliding platforms, the working range of the constructor can be expanded on the premise that the whole device does not need to be moved, so that the applicability of the scaffold is improved.
