The invention relates to a ventilation device with an adjustable ventilation rate. The ventilation device with the adjustable ventilation rate comprises an outer facade mesh frame, a second mesh plate, an adjusting part and an anemograph, the outer facade mesh frame comprises an outer frame and a first mesh plate, the first mesh plate is connected with the outer frame, the first mesh plate is provided with a plurality of first ventilation holes, a plurality of second ventilation holes are formed in the second mesh plate, and the second ventilation holes and the first ventilation holes are formed in a staggered mode; the adjusting part is arranged on the outer facade mesh frame, is connected with the outer facade mesh frame and is connected with the second mesh plate; and the anemograph isconnected with the adjusting part. According to the ventilation device, an attached lifting scaffold can be totally closed in the using process at ordinary times, and the ventilation rate of a scaffold body is kept within a reasonable range when a strong typhoon is encountered in the typhoon season; and through the adjustable second mesh plate, an ash net does not need to be laid, materials and labor are saved, the safety of the attached lifting scaffold is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the effects of saving energy and reducing cost are achieved.
