The invention discloses a movable concrete spreader steel base device. The device solves the technical problems that an existing spreader has construction safety risks and seriously affects the forming quality of floor slab concrete. The device comprises several supporting units which are detachably connected, the supporting units comprise main frames and inclined struts which are detachably connected, the main frames and/or the inclined struts are connected with a supporting oil cylinder or a supporting tool matched with an elevator hoistway in an abutting mode, a main frame base is arrangedat the bottom of the lowermost supporting unit, the main frames, the inclined struts and the main frame base are all of telescopic structures, the main frame base is fixed with the elevator hoistway in an insertion connection mode, and a spreader base is arranged at the top of the uppermost supporting unit. According to the device, the operation space of an elevator shaft is effectively utilized,additional loads on the upper portion of a form are reduced, the stability of a form support is ensured, and the concrete pouring work efficiency and the construction quality are improved.
本发明公开了一种移动式混凝土布料机钢基座装置，解决了现有布料机不仅存在施工安全风险，而且严重影响楼板混凝土的成型质量的技术问题。本发明包括可拆卸连接若干个支撑单元，每个支撑单元包括可拆卸连接的主框架和斜撑，主框架和/或斜撑连接有与电梯井道顶接配合的支撑油缸或支撑工装，最下方的支撑单元的底部设置有主框架基座，主框架、斜撑和主框架基座均为可伸缩结构，所述主框架基座与电梯井道插接固定，最上方的支撑单元的顶部设置有布料机底座。本发明有效利用电梯井操作空间，减少模板上部附加荷载，确保了模板支架的稳定性，提升了混凝土浇筑工效和施工质量。
