The invention provides a crushed green plant leaf collecting and incinerating mechanism based on garden planting, relates to the technical field of incinerating equipment, and aims at solving the problems that when an existing crushed garden leaf incinerating device is used and leaves are collected, overturning cannot be conveniently controlled, filtering and collecting cannot be achieved, and stone or other objects cannot be prevented from being collected together. A body, a bottom piece, an overturning piece, a pull rod, a mounting piece, a collecting piece and a containing piece are included. The body is of a rectangular structure, and a rectangular bin is arranged in the body. The bottom piece is installed at the bottom end in the body, and the bottom of the front end of the bottom piece is connected with the lower portion of the front end in the body. The overturning piece is used for being installed at the front end of the body so that when the device is used, the overturning piece can be controlled by the pull rod to overturn outwards, then the bottom of the front end of the overturning piece makes contact with the ground, and therefore when the device is pushed to move, thefront end of the overturning piece can collect broken leaves on the ground, and accordingly the broken leaves are conveniently driven to turn over and incinerate.
