The invention discloses an intelligent sun-shading and ventilation device for a passive house, and relates to the technical field of passive house. The intelligent sun-shading and ventilation device comprises a wall and a roof, wherein a heat preservation layer, rotating plates, rotating columns, a white yarn layer, a black yarn layer, a rotating groove, a cavity, a gear, a rack, a first spring, adisplacement assembly and a fixing assembly are arranged in the roof, and a plurality of ventilation grooves are formed in the wall; and a sealing plate for sealing the ventilation grooves is arranged in the wall body, and is connected with the wall body in a sliding mode, a vertical groove allowing the sealing plate to move is formed in the wall body, a driving assembly for driving the sealing plate to move is arranged in the vertical groove, and a working assembly for enabling the driving assembly to work is arranged in the vertical groove. Volatile liquid in an air bag arranged on the roofis gasified after being heated, then the air bag expands to drive a movable plate to slide in the cavity, rotation of the rotating columns and the rotating plates is achieved through the rack and thegear, the black yarn layer at the side ends of the rotating plates is rotated out of the rotating groove to achieve the sun-shading effect, manual control is not needed in the whole process, energy consumption is low, and the design concept of the passive house is met.
本发明公开了一种被动房智能遮阳通风装置,涉及被动房技术领域,包括墙体及房顶,房顶内设有保温层、转板、转柱、白纱层、黑纱层、转槽、空腔的、齿轮、齿条、第一弹簧与、位移组件和固定组件,墙体上设有若干通风槽,墙体内设有将通风槽密封的密封板,密封板与墙体滑动连接,墙体内设有供密封板移动的竖槽,竖槽内设有驱动密封板位移的驱动组件,竖槽内设有使得驱动组件工作的工作组件。通过设置于房顶的气囊中的挥发液在受热后气化,进而使得气囊膨胀带动移动板在空腔中滑动,通过齿条和齿轮实现转柱和转板的转动,进而使得转板侧端的黑纱层从转槽中转出进行遮阳效果,整个过程无需人工控制,能耗较低,符合被动房的设计理念。
