The invention provides a self-deformation rubber-tyred rail construction vehicle which comprises a vehicle frame, the vehicle frame comprises two correspondingly-arranged supports, the two supports are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting frames, each support comprises a fixing block, sliding grooves are formed in the two opposite sides of each fixing block, and a cross beam is connected into each sliding groove in a sliding mode; a first hydraulic cylinder used for controlling the corresponding cross beam to slide in the corresponding sliding groove is installed in the slidinggroove, the end, away from the corresponding fixing block, of each cross beam is fixedly connected with a vertically-arranged sleeve, a supporting shaft is connected into each sleeve in a sliding mode, a second hydraulic cylinder is installed between each sleeve and the corresponding supporting shaft, and walking wheels are installed at the lower ends of the supporting shafts. The rail construction vehicle has the advantages that the overall width and height of the construction vehicle can be changed, the rail construction vehicle is suitable for tunnel construction of different sizes, the inclination angle of wheels can be adjusted so that the wheels can make full contact with the tunnel face, the steering angle of the wheels can be adjusted, and the rail construction vehicle is suitablefor bent tunnels.
