The invention provides a cement clinker crushing and rolling device which has a screening function, reduces the cost and prevents dust from splashing. The cement production clinker crushing and rolling device comprises first supporting plates, second supporting plates, supporting strips, third supporting plates and the like. The three pairs of first supporting plates are arranged in sequence, thesecond supporting plates are fixedly installed on one side of two pairs of adjacent first supporting plates, the third supporting plates are fixedly installed on one side of the other pair of first supporting plates, and the two ends of the two supporting strips are fixedly connected with one side of the second supporting plates and one side of the third supporting plates. The screening mechanismis additionally arranged, after cement clinker is crushed and rolled, the crushed cement clinker is screened through shaking of the screening plate, and qualified powder is collected.
