Method for removing organic matters in phosphogypsum
The invention discloses a method for removing organic matters in phosphogypsum. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding washing water into phosphogypsum, conducting uniform stirring, conducting standing for layering, and scraping off a black organic matter layer floating on a water surface; (2) adjusting the pH value of a phosphogypsum solid-liquid mixture to 3-5, adding ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide, and conducting reacting for 1-2 hours under a stirring condition; and (3) carrying out suction filtration on the phosphogypsum solid-liquid mixture to obtain organic matter-removed phosphogypsum. The method is simple in process, short in reaction time, remarkable in effect and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种除磷石膏中有机物的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)在磷石膏中加入洗涤水,搅拌均匀后静置分层,刮去浮在水面的黑色有机物层;(2)调整磷石膏固液混合物pH至3‑5,加入硫酸亚铁,双氧水,搅拌条件下反应1‑2小时;(3)抽滤磷石膏固液混合物,得到去除有机物的磷石膏。本发明的方法简单,反应时间短,效果显著,成本低。
