Clay-based impermeable composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a clay-based impermeable composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-95 parts of clay, 5-20 parts of bentonite and 0.05-0.1 part of high-molecular organic polymer. According to the composite material, the impermeability of clay is greatly improved, the production cost is reduced, meanwhile, the requirements of impermeability related specifications can be met, the effective service life of isolation facilities is prolonged, and the construction cost is reduced; in addition, the composite material provided by the invention also overcomes the geographical limitation of natural clay, and improves the stability, salt resistance, acid resistance and heavy metal ion pollution resistance of the clay; and meanwhile, the composite material disclosed by the invention also has good adhesiveness and plasticity and can be used for well filling engineering gaps, so that the anti-seepage performance is further improved.
本发明公开了一种粘土基防渗复合材料及其制备方法,所述复合材料由包括80~95重量份粘土、5~20重量份膨润土和0.05~0.1重量份高分子有机聚合物在内的原料制成。本发明的复合材料大大提高了粘土的防渗性能,在降低生产成本的同时,又能满足防渗相关规范要求,延长隔离设施的有效使用寿命,降低施工成本;此外,本发明的复合材料还克服了天然粘土的地域限制,提高了粘土的稳定性及耐盐、耐酸、耐重金属离子污染的能力;同时,本发明的复合材料还具有良好的胶粘性及可塑性,可以很好地充填工程空隙,进一步提高了防渗性能。
