The invention relates to photocatalytic cement mortar containing boron-carbon-nitrogen and a preparation method of the photocatalytic cement mortar. The photocatalytic cement mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-10 parts of cement, 10-35 parts of machine-made sand, 0.004-0.02 part of boron-carbon-nitrogen, 0.005-0.014 part of nanometer montmorillonite and 2-6 parts of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a film attaching solution; 2, attaching a film to the surface of the machine-made sand; 3, preparing asolid mixture; 4, preparing a boron-carbon-nitrogen dispersion liquid; and 5, preparing the photocatalytic cement mortar. According to the invention, three-dimensional layered porous boron-carbon-nitrogen is used as a nanometer photocatalytic material of the cement mortar, so the efficiency of degrading pollutants can be remarkably improved under the irradiation of visible light; and by respectively adding boron, carbon and nitrogen into cement and water, the dispersity of boron, carbon and nitrogen in cement mortar is improved, the effect of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants is ensured, and a positive promoting effect is achieved for promoting the application of the photocatalytic cement mortar.
本发明涉及一种含硼碳氮的光催化水泥砂浆及其制备方法,光催化水泥砂浆按重量份的原料配比包括:水泥4~10份、机制砂10~35份、硼碳氮0.004~0.02份、纳米蒙脱土0.005~0.014份、去离子水2~6份;制备方法按如下步骤进行:步骤一:制备附膜液;步骤二:机制砂表面附膜;步骤三:制备固体拌合物;步骤四:制备硼碳氮分散液;步骤五:制备光催化水泥砂浆;本发明采用三维层状多孔硼碳氮作为水泥砂浆的纳米光催化材料,在可见光照射下可显著提高降解污染物的效率;通过将硼碳氮分别加入水泥和水中,提高硼碳氮在水泥砂浆中的分散性,保证光催化降解污染物的效果,为推动光催化水泥砂浆的应用起到积极的促进作用。
