The invention relates to a method for repairing early cracks of a cement stabilized macadam pavement base. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a urea solution and a calcium source nutrient solution on site; then uniformly mixing a urease-producing bacterium solution with the urea solution, injecting the formed mixture into early cracks of a cement stabilized macadam pavement base in a spraying or irrigating manner, and finally injecting the calcium source nutrient solution into the cracks in the same manner; and repeating the previous step many times to achieve good crack repairing effect. According to the invention, various used repair components are used for preparing kits which are independently packaged and convenient to carry in advance, so the problems of strain death, activity reduction, low utilization rate and the like possibly caused by directly mixing microorganisms into cement mortar or a cement matrix are solved, and the calcium carbonate precipitation capacity of screened strains is guaranteed to the maximum extent.
本发明涉及一种水泥稳定碎石路面基层早期裂缝的修复方法。首先现场配制尿素溶液、钙源营养液，然后将产脲酶菌菌液与尿素溶液混合均匀，通过喷淋或浇灌的方式将其注入到水泥稳定碎石路面基层早期裂缝中，最后将钙源营养液以同样的方式注入上述裂缝中，重复前两步多次即可实现较好的裂缝修复效果。本发明提前将使用到的各种修复组分制成独立包装、便于携带的试剂盒，避免了直接将微生物混入水泥砂浆或水泥基体中可能导致菌种死亡、活性降低、利用率偏低等问题，最大限度的保证了筛选出的菌种沉淀碳酸钙的能力。
