The invention discloses a butt welding plate set, a turnout beam and a machining method of the butt welding plate set, the butt welding plate set comprises a first plate body including a first end part, and a second plate body comprising a second end part; the second end part and the first end part are oppositely arranged, a groove and a truncated edge part are defined, the thickness T1 of the first end part is smaller than the thickness T2 of the second end part, the front face of the first end part and the front face of the second end part are aligned and coplanar, and the groove is formed in the side, away from the front face of the first plate body, of the truncated edge part; and the second end part is provided with a bevel edge connected with the groove, and the bevel edge obliquelyextends from the edge of one side, far away from the truncated edge part, of the groove to the direction far away from the first end part in the direction from the front surface to the back surface ofthe second plate body. According to the butt welding plate set, stress concentration at the groove position can be avoided, and therefore the connecting strength of the first plate body and the second plate body can be improved, and the service life of the butt welding plate set is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种对焊板组、道岔梁及对焊板组的加工方法,其中对焊板组包括:第一板体,第一板体包括第一端部;第二板体,第二板体包括第二端部,第二端部和第一端部相对设置,且限定出坡口和钝边部,其中,第一端部的厚度T1小于第二端部的厚度T2,第一端部的正面与第二端部的正面对齐共面,坡口设在钝边部的远离第一板体的正面的一侧,第二端部具有与坡口相连的斜边,斜边沿着从第二板体的正面到背面的方向,由坡口的远离钝边部的一侧边缘朝向远离第一端部的方向倾斜延伸。根据本发明的对焊板组,可以避免坡口位置应力的集中,从而可以提升第一板体和第二板体的连接强度,进而延长对焊板组的使用寿命。
