High-modulus anti-rutting asphalt pavement structure
The invention discloses a high-modulus anti-rutting asphalt pavement structure. The high-modulus anti-rutting asphalt pavement structure comprises a 20-40mm thick gap graded wearing layer of a gap gradation and SBS modified asphalt mixture structure, and a 120-160mm thick rubber asphalt permanent base layer of a mixture structure of OGFC and rubber asphalt. The pavement structure has the advantages that: the dynamic stability of the pavement structure at 60DEG C can reach 10000 times/mm or above, and the pavement structure has a good anti-rutting effect, so that the anti-rutting effect of theasphalt pavement is improved, the service life of the asphalt pavement is prolonged, therefore, the technical defects of poor adhesion of two phase-state materials, namely a cement grouting material and a macroporous asphalt mixture, and easy cracking of the composite pavement due to lack of necessary flexibility, long on-site construction and maintenance period, hindrance of normal traffic and the like in the existing cement grouting asphalt concrete composite pavement technology for solving the local rut disease of the pavement are thoroughly overcome, and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种高模量抗车辙沥青路面结构。自上而下分别包括其厚度为20‑40mm的断级配和SBS改性沥青的混合料结构的断级配磨耗层以及其厚度为120~160mm的OGFC和橡胶沥青的混合料结构的橡胶沥青永久性基层。其优点在于:该路面结构可实现60℃动稳定度达10000次/mm以上,具有良好的抗车辙效果,由此改善了沥青路面抗车辙效果,延长了沥青路面的使用寿命,由此彻底克服了现有水泥灌浆沥青混凝土复合路面技术在解决路面局部车辙病害中存在的水泥灌浆料与大孔隙沥青混合料两种相态材料粘附性差、复合路面缺少必要的柔韧性易出现裂缝、现场法施工养生周期长阻碍正常通车等技术缺陷,具有良好的社会经济效益。
