The invention relates to an anti-skid and anti-crack terrace for a steel structure board and a construction process thereof. The anti-skid and anti-crack terrace for the steel structure board comprises the steel structure board, wherein a plurality of anchoring components are welded on the steel structure board, a polymer mortar layer covers the steel structure board, and the anchoring componentsare embedded in the polymer mortar layer; the polymer mortar layer is covered with an anti-skid surface layer; the anchoring component is a metal trapezoidal anchoring component with a wide upper partand a narrow lower part; the length extending directions of the strip-shaped anchoring components are the same as the length extending direction of the steel structure plate face, and every three adjacent strip-shaped anchoring components are arranged in a triangular shape and form an array in a triangular shape or an inverted triangular shape; and overall thickness of the polymer mortar layer and the anti-skid surface layer is 10-15mm. The invention is suitable for steel structure pedestrian overpasses and other metal bridge decks, can enhance the skid resistance of the steel structure platesurface, and has advantages of simple structure, small thickness and light self-weight.
本发明涉及一种钢结构板面用防滑抗裂地坪及其施工工艺,本发明的钢结构板面用防滑抗裂地坪,包括钢结构板面,钢结构板面上焊接有若干锚固构件,钢结构板面上覆盖有聚合物砂浆层,锚固构件镶嵌在聚合物砂浆层中,聚合物砂浆层上覆盖有防滑面层。锚固构件为金属梯形锚固构件,梯形锚固构件上宽下窄。条形锚固构件的长度延伸方向与钢结构板面的长度延伸方向相同,每相邻3个条形锚固构件以三角形布局,呈“品”字形状或倒“品”字形状构成阵列形式。聚合物砂浆层与防滑面层整体厚度为10—15mm。本发明适用于钢结构人行天桥等金属材质桥面,它可以增加钢结构板面防滑性能,同时构造简单,厚度薄、自重轻。
