The device comprises a gate, a door plate mechanism, an anti-collision mechanism and a locking mechanism,wherein a card reader is mounted on the gate, the anti-collision mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the gate, a door plate mechanism is mounted on the anti-collision mechanism, and a lockingmechanism is mounted on the door plate mechanism; first infrared detectors are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the door plate mechanism correspondingly, and the locking mechanism is arranged in the anti-collision mechanism. The device is advantaged in that the anti-collision inner barrel and a rotating barrel are matched through the resistance spring and the toothed ring, the situation that the door plate is damaged and hurts pedestrians due to the fact that the state of the door plate cannot be changed after the door plate is rigidly impacted is avoided, safety is improved, the door plate is fixed in a clamping piece mode, the contact area with the door plate is increased, and damage caused by uneven stress due to threaded hole installation is avoided; even if damage occurs, disassembly can be conducted quickly in the later period of disassembly and maintenance.
