A cylinder is fixedly installed in a reel of the geotechnical cloth, the laying mechanisms are connected to the peripheries of the two ends of the cylinder, each laying mechanism comprises a connecting block with a center hole, and the center holes of the connecting blocks are rotationally connected with the cylinder. Each connecting block is provided with a connecting rope, one ends of the connecting ropes are fixedly connected with the connecting blocks, the other ends of the connecting ropes are wound on spools, and a connecting column is rotatably connected between the two spools. A support is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the connecting column, the bottom end of the support is fixedly connected with the ground, and an extrusion block is slidably connected to the top end of the support.
