The invention discloses a shallow sea underwater self-walking cable burying machine which comprises a submarine cable, a control chamber, a cable feeding device, a cable discharging device, a power system, a walking system and a ditcher. The control chamber is arranged above the walking system, the cable discharging device and the cable feeding device abut against the lower portion of the submarine cable, the cable feeding device and the cable discharging device are fixedly installed below the control chamber, the power system is installed above the walking system, and the ditcher is connectedwith the walking system through a pin shaft and arranged obliquely; and the cable feeding device, the cable discharging device, the ditcher and the power system are connected and are linked through the control chamber.
