The invention discloses a dry type connecting piece of prefabricated parts. The dry type connecting piece comprises a connecting support and a groove type connector, wherein the connecting support comprises an embedded assembly and a rear-mounted supporting head connected with the embedded assembly; the rear-mounted supporting head comprises a connecting end and a plate body end which are integrally formed; the size of the connecting end is smaller than that of the plate body end; a notch matched with the connecting end in shape is formed in the groove type connector; the size of the notch isbetween the size of the connecting end and the size of the plate body end; and the notch is clamped to the periphery of the connecting end. A connecting joint of the prefabricated parts comprises thefirst prefabricated part, the second prefabricated part and the dry type connecting piece of the prefabricated parts; an embedded sleeve assembly is embedded in the first prefabricated part; a notch penetrating the top side/ bottom side of the second prefabricated part is formed in the vertical surface of the second prefabricated part; the groove type connector is embedded in the notch, and the notch communicates with the notch; and the notch is clamped to the connecting end to connect the first prefabricated part and the second prefabricated part together.
