The invention discloses a damping type foldable ramp. The damping type foldable ramp comprises two rectangular ramp plates arranged on two sides of stairs, the ramp plates are arranged on existing house to form the ramp, the outer sides of the ramp plates are connected to turnover hinges through connecting pieces, and then the ramp plates are connected to anchoring parts fixed to a wall or a handrail through the hinges. The foldable ramp is arranged on the surface of a reinforced concrete stair step, can be unfolded and laid on a stair to form the ramp when needed, and can be folded to be close to a wall surface or a stair handrail after being turned over through the hinges when not used, so that the using mode of the original stairs is recovered; and the middles of the ramp plates on thetwo sides are each provided with a groove, wheels of barrier-free equipment such as wheelchairs can be embedded into the grooves, wheel locking devices capable of sliding in the direction of the grooves are arranged on the ramp plates, the wheel locking devices are provided with downward one-way dampers, and therefore, the steep slope slow descending function can be achieved. The damping type foldable ramp is used for urban renovation and transformation of existing residential districts, and solves the problem that residents, who have difficulty in moving, such as the disabled and the elderly,have difficulty in going upstairs and downstairs.
本发明公开了一种阻尼式可折叠坡道，包括设置于楼梯两侧的两条矩形坡道板，坡道板布置于既有住宅楼梯上形成坡道，坡道板外侧使用连接片连接于可翻转的铰链上，再由铰链链接到固定在墙体或栏杆上的锚固件上，该可折叠坡道设置于钢筋混凝楼梯踏步表面，需要时可展开铺设于楼梯之上形成坡道，不使用时可利用铰链翻转后折叠起来紧靠墙面或楼梯扶手，恢复原有楼梯的使用方式，两侧的坡道板中间各开设一道沟槽，可让轮椅等无障碍设备的轮子嵌进沟槽，坡道板上设置可沿沟槽方向滑动的车轮锁定装置，车轮锁定装置带有向下的单向阻尼器，可实现陡坡缓降功能。本发明用于既有住宅小区城市更新改造，解决残疾、年长等行动不便居民上下楼不便问题。
