Micro-vibration grouting rod
The invention relates to a micro-vibration grouting rod. The micro-vibration grouting rod comprises a power and speed change device with a handle, wherein a rotating rod with a spiral blade is arranged on the lower side of the power and speed change device; the outer diameter of the spiral blade is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that the whole appearance of the spiral blade is in an inverted cone shape; the spiral blade comprises a main body part and an outer spherical surface expanding part; the inner side of the main body part is connected with the rotating rod; the joint of the outer side of the main body part and the outer spherical surface expanding part is in arc transition; the lower end surface of the rotating rod is a spherical surface; a hollow eccentric core is arranged beside the lower end of the rotating rod; the hollow eccentric core is arranged on the rotating rod on the opposite side of the tail end of the spiral blade; the hollow eccentric core is made of a thin-wall material; the appearance of the hollow eccentric core is in an arc sphere shape; an opening for filling and taking out a heavy granular material is formed in the upper part of the hollow eccentric core; and a sealing bolt is blocked on the opening. The micro-vibration grouting rod is placed and inserted above poured concrete, and the concrete (concrete) is rotationally fed into a cavity of a template, so that the aim of compacting layer by layer is fulfilled, and the construction quality of a thin concrete wall is improved.
