The invention relates to a fabricated building spandrel girder hoisting and installing system. The fabricated building spandrel girder hoisting and installing system comprises a movable base, liftingdevices and fixing devices; and the lower end face of the movable base is movably placed on the ground, the lifting devices are installed on the upper end face of the movable base, and the fixing devices are installed on the lifting devices in a threaded fit mode. According to the fabricated building spandrel girder hoisting and installing system, clamping plates of the fixing devices can be adjusted according to the size of a bearing beam, so that the cost is saved; the section of a butt joint strip of each fixing device is in a T shape, the butt joint strips are matched with butt joint grooves to seal and fix the lower ends of the clamping plates, the bearing plates can bear downward force through the T shape to prevent the bearing beam from sliding in the upward moving process, and therefore the stability of the fixing devices is guaranteed.
