The invention relates to a prefabricated enclosing wall connected through FRP sheets and a construction method of the prefabricated enclosing wall. The enclosing wall comprises a plurality of prefabricated cup opening foundations, concrete stand columns and unit wallboards. The cup opening foundations are pre-buried in a cast-in-place cushion layer, concrete stand columns comprise stand column bottoms and stand column bodies arranged above the stand column bottoms, the bottoms of the stand columns are inserted into the cup opening foundations, and gaps between the bottoms of the stand columnsand the cup opening foundations are densely filled in the cup opening foundations; the outer side walls of the stand column bodies are fixedly connected with the outer side walls of the cup opening foundations through vertical FRP connecting sheets; the cross sections of the stand column bodies are in I shapes, accommodating grooves correspondingly formed by two flanges and a web are formed in thetwo sides of the stand column bodies, the two side ends of each unit wallboard are inserted into the corresponding accommodating grooves, and the gaps between the accommodating grooves and the standcolumn bodies are densely filled with the accommodating grooves; and a plurality of FRP through holes are reserved in the inner sides of the two flanges of the stand column bodies at intervals from top to bottom, and horizontal FRP connecting sheets horizontally penetrate through the FRP through holes, so that the two ends of the horizontal FRP connecting sheets are fixedly connected with the unitwallboards.
