The environment-friendly dredging device comprises a bottom plate, a box body is fixed to the top endof the bottom plate, a filter screen is fixed to an inner cavity of the box body, a motor is fixed to the surface of one side of the box body, an output shaft of the motor is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft rotationally penetrates through the outer wall of one side of the box body, and extends into an inner cavity of the box body; a water pipe is fixed in a cavity and penetrates through the inner wall of one side of the box body, a water tank is connected to the tail end of the water pipe through a bearing, a fixing plate is fixed to the bottom end of the water tank, flow guide pipes distributed at equal intervals are fixed to the top end, located in the inner cavity of the box body, of the rotating shaft, and spray heads are fixed to the tail ends of the flow guide pipes; and symmetrical threaded sleeve bases are fixed to the bottom end, located in the inner cavity of the box body, of the rotating shaft, threaded rods penetrate through the threadedsleeve bases in a threaded mode, the threaded rods extend to the outer walls of the threaded sleeve bases and are connected with mounting bases through bearings at the tail ends, fixing grooves are formed in the bottom ends of the mounting bases, and evenly-distributed connecting springs are fixed to the inner sides of the fixing grooves; and scrapers are fixed at the tail ends of the connectingsprings.
