Halloysite nanotube/graphene oxide oil-water separation membrane as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a halloysite nanotube/graphene oxide oil-water separation membrane as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and solves the problems of easiness in scaling, lowseparation efficiency, incapability of being repeatedly used and complex preparation of an oil-water separation membrane in the prior art. The oil-water separation membrane has high water flux and high separation efficiency, can be repeatedly used, and can be widely used for oily sewage treatment and marine oil spill. The halloysite nanotube/graphene oxide membrane is composed of a nylon bottom membrane and an HNTs/GO composite layer and has the underwater super-oleophobic characteristic. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing a hydrophilic halloysite nanotube dispersion liquid and a graphene oxide dispersion liquid according to a volume ratio of 7: 1 to 1: 1, and carrying out uniform ultrasonic dispersion; and ultrasonically cleaning and drying a nylon membrane with the pore diameter of 0.1-0.4 [mu]m, and uniformly loading the mixed dispersion liquid on the nylon bottom membrane by using vacuum filtration to obtain the halloysite nanotube/graphene oxide separation membrane.
本发明为一种埃洛石纳米管/氧化石墨烯油水分离膜及制备方法和应用,其克服了现有技术中油水分离膜易结垢、分离效率低、无法重复使用、制备复杂的问题,本发明具有高水通量和高分离效率,可重复使用,可广泛用于含油污水处理和海洋溢油。本发明的埃洛石纳米管/氧化石墨烯膜由尼龙底膜和HNTs/GO复合层组成,具有水下超疏油特性。本发明的制备方法为:将亲水埃洛石纳米管分散液和氧化石墨烯分散液按体积比7:1~1:1混合,超声分散均匀;将孔径为0.1~0.4μm的尼龙膜超声清洗烘干,使用真空抽滤将混合分散液均匀负载在尼龙底膜制备成埃洛石纳米管/氧化石墨烯分离膜。
