Method for reducing conductivity of inorganic reclaimed sand
The invention provides a method for reducing conductivity of inorganic reclaimed sand. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out wet reclamation on inorganic used sand, and treating sewage generated in the reclamation process: carrying out flocculent precipitation on the sewage, adding a chemical precipitator for precipitation, and removing inorganic ions through a reverse osmosis membrane to obtain circulating water. The ion concentration in the circulating water is relatively low, and the circulating water is used as reclaimed water, so that the conductivity of the inorganic reclaimed sand can be maintained at a relatively low level. The sludge obtained in the sewage treatment process can be directly used as a raw material for preparing ceramsite. The whole process is zero-emission, and realizes green circular economy of waste materials.
本发明提供了一种降低无机再生砂电导率的方法,该方法包括对无机旧砂进行湿法再生,然后对再生过程中产生的污水进行处理,包括对污水进行絮凝沉淀、加入化学沉淀剂沉淀,以及通过反渗透膜除去无机离子得到循环水。该循环水中的离子浓度较低,将其作为再生用水能使无机再生砂的电导率维持在较低水平。上述污水处理过程中得到的污泥可直接作为原料制备陶粒。整个过程零排放,实现了废弃材料的绿色循环经济。
