The invention discloses a highway rain sewage treatment system, which comprises a drainage ditch, an initial-stage rain sewage treatment device and a later-stage rain sewage treatment device, whereinthe drainage ditch is communicated with the initial-stage rain sewage treatment device to achieve oil separation and sedimentation treatment on initial-stage rain sewage collected by the drainage ditch; or the drainage ditch is communicated with the later-stage rain sewage treatment device so as to realize biodegradation of later-stage rain sewage collected by the drainage ditch; and the rain sewage treated by the initial-stage rainwater treatment device enters the later-stage rain sewage treatment device again for secondary treatment. According to the invention, early-stage rain sewage and later-stage rain sewage are separately treated, oil separation sedimentation treatment is carried out through the initial-stage rain sewage treatment device so as to reduce the concentration of pollutants, and the concentration of the later-stage rain sewage directly enters the later-stage rain sewage treatment device together with the rain sewage treated by the initial-stage rain sewage treatment device for biodegradation, so that rain sewage is shunted through two sets of independent treatment devices, and the operation load of the sewage treatment device is reduced.
