Self-healing ZrB2-SiC-Y2O3 coating and application of self-healing ZrB2-SiC-Y2O3 coating in SiC embedded carbon-carbon composite material
The invention discloses a self-healing ZrB2-SiC-Y2O3 coating and an application of the self-healing ZrB2-SiC-Y2O3 coating in a SiC embedded carbon-carbon composite material. The SiC coating and the ZrB2-SiC-Y2O3 ceramic coating are prepared by adopting a two-step method includingembedding and atmospheric plasma spraying. The prepared composite coating can effectively protect the carbon-carbon composite material in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1500 DEG C. The coating and application thereof have the beneficial effects that the ZrB2-SiC-Y2O3 agglomerated powder is prepared through spray granulation and vacuum sintering technologies, and the prepared powder is high in sphericity degree, good in fluidity, appropriate in particle size, uniform in component and high in density; the SiC inner layercan relieve thermal stress between the outer coating and the base body, and the tendency of peeling and cracking is reduced, and the ZrB2-SiC-Y2O3 coating can generate a self-healing effect, cracks are filled, and oxygen is prevented from diffusing into the carbon-carbon composite material.
本发明公开了一种自愈合ZrB2‑SiC‑Y2O3涂层及其在SiC包埋碳碳复合材料上的应用。采用包埋法和大气等离子喷涂两步法制备了SiC涂层和ZrB2‑SiC‑Y2O3陶瓷涂层。制备的复合涂层能够在1500℃氧化气氛下对碳碳复合材料进行有效的保护。本发明有益效果为通过喷雾造粒和真空烧结技术制备ZrB2‑SiC‑Y2O3团聚粉末,所制备的粉末球形度高、流动性好、粒径适宜、成分均匀、致密度高;SiC内层能够缓解外涂层与基体之间的热应力,减少剥落和开裂的倾向。ZrB2‑SiC‑Y2O3外涂层能够产生自愈合效果,封填裂纹,避免氧气向碳碳复合材料的内扩散。
