Fabricated frame structure and construction method of superimposed cast-in-place slabs
The invention discloses a fabricated frame structure and a construction method of superimposed cast-in-place slabs. The fabricated frame structure is mainly used for fabricated structure constructionin the field of constructional engineering. The main construction method comprises the steps that prefabricated columns and prefabricated beams of all floors of the high-rise residence are hoisted andinstalled through a conventional method, then superposed pouring slabs of all the floors are prefabricated on site at the corresponding positions of the ground of the bottom layer, finally the superposed pouring slabs of all the floors are constructed according to the hoisting and installing sequence from the top layer to the bottom layer, and hoisting work of the superposed pouring slabs is completed through a special hoisting machine tool. The construction method has the advantages that the floor hoisting work does not occupy a tower crane of a construction site, so that the use efficiencyof the tower crane is greatly improved; the floor slabs are prefabricated on site, and the work that the floor slabs are transported to a construction site from a prefabrication factory and then hoisted, unloaded and stacked is omitted; the special hoisting machine tool for the floor slabs is simple to manufacture and install, multiple machine tools can hoist all unit floor slabs at the same time,and the construction progress is accelerated; and compared with a traditional mode that floors are hoisted from a storage yard to an installation position and then installed, fixed-point hoisting ofeach unit floor is safer.
本发明公开了装配式框架结构及叠合现浇板的施工方法,主要用于建筑工程领域装配式结构施工;其主要施工方法是:先用常规方法吊装及安装高层住宅的各层预制柱及预制梁,再在底层地面相应位置现场预制各个楼层的叠浇板,最后按顶层至底层的吊装及安装顺序施工各个楼层的叠浇板,叠浇板的吊装工作由专用的吊装机具完成,这样的施工方法的优点是:楼板吊装工作不占用施工场地的塔吊,大大增加了塔吊的使用效率;楼板采用现场预制,省去了楼板从预制厂运送至工地,再吊装卸货及堆放的工作;楼板专用吊装机具制造、安装简单,多台机具可同时起吊各单位楼板,加快了施工进度;各单位楼板定点吊装,较传统的楼板从堆场吊装至安装位置再安装要安全得多。
