Aiming at the technical problem of material waste caused by the fact thatan existing formwork needs to transversely penetrate through a plurality of small holes and then is fixed by a screw rod in the reinforcing process, the following scheme is proposed, the portable building formwork structure comprises a formwork body, a first pressing plate strip and a second pressing plate strip, the first pressing plate strip and the second pressing plate strip are crossed and engaged with each other, joints distributed at equal intervals in an array mode are arranged on the surface of the side, away from a reinforcing mesh, of the formwork body, four foot fixing blocks arefixed to each joint through bolts, T-shaped notches are formed in the top ends of the foot fixing blocks, specially-made studs are connected to the middles of the foot fixing blocks in a clamped mode,and the top ends of the four specially-made studs at each joint are connected with the same pressing block base plate in a sleeved mode. The first pressing plate strip and the second pressing plate strip can be spliced into a latticed structure on the ground when the formwork is used, installation is convenient, expansion force generated by one side of the formwork body in the grouting process iseffectively decomposed when the structure is used, and the bulging phenomenon is avoided.
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其是一种轻便式建筑模板结构,针对现有的模板在加固过程中需要横穿很多小孔再用丝杆固定导致材料浪费的技术问题,现提出以下方案,包括模板本体以及十字交叉互相咬合的压板条一和压板条二,所述模板本体远离钢筋网的一侧表面设置有等距离阵列分布的节点,每个节点均通过螺栓固定有四个脚固定块,且脚固定块的顶端均开有T形缺口,所述脚固定块的中间均卡接有特制螺柱,且每个节点处的四个特制螺柱的顶端均套接有同一个压块基板。本发明可以在使用时在地面即可将压板条一和压板条二拼装呈网格状结构,方便安装,并且在使用时让模板本体的一侧在注浆时产生的膨胀力得到有效分解,避免出现鼓起的现象。
