The invention discloses a mechanical parking device and a self-locking device. The self-locking device comprises a lock body, a lock head and a reset spring, wherein the lock body is used for being fixed to a vehicle carrying plate guide rail of the mechanical parking device; a mounting section of the lock head is rotatably mounted on the lock body, one side of a locking section is a spiral surface which is scanned by a line segment perpendicular to the rotating axis of the mounting section along a spiral line of the circumference of the mounting section, the surface opposite to the spiral surface is a positioning surface, the locking section is fixed to the circumferential surface of the mounting section, and when the locking section is in an unlocking state, the spiral surface is stressed to move towards the vehicle carrying plate guide rail until the lock head is lower than the vehicle carrying plate guide rail; when the locking section is in a locking state, the lock head is positioned above the vehicle carrying plate guide rail; and one end of the reset spring is connected with the lock body, the other end of the reset spring is connected with the circumferential face of the mounting section of the lock head, and when the reset spring is in a natural pre-pulling state, the locking section is in a locking state. According to the self-locking device, automatic locking of thevehicle carrying plate can be achieved, the method is simple in structure and easy to achieve, the reliability after locking is guaranteed, and the probability of falling accidents is reduced.
本发明公开了一种机械停车装置及自锁装置,包括:锁体用于固定在机械停车装置的载车板导轨上;锁头的安装段可转动的安装在锁体上,锁止段一侧为以垂直于安装段旋转轴线的线段沿安装段圆周的螺旋线扫描的螺旋面,与螺旋面相对的一面为定位面,锁止段固定在安装段的周向面上,锁止段处于开锁状态时,螺旋面受力朝向载车板导轨方向移动至锁头低于载车板导轨;锁止段处于锁止状态时,锁头位于载车板导轨上方;复位弹簧一端与锁体相连,另一端与锁头的安装段的周向面相连,复位弹簧自然预拉状态时,锁止段处于锁止状态。通过上述结构可实现对载车板的自动锁止,该方法结构简单,易于实现,保证了锁止后的可靠性,降低了坠落事故的发生概率。
