The invention provides an intelligent lock and a door comprising the same. The intelligent lock comprises an outer panel assembly, an inner panel assembly, a first opposite-penetrating screw and a second opposite-penetrating screw; a first internal thread stud, a second internal thread stud and a fixing column which are parallel are arranged on a bottom cover plate of the outer panel assembly; theinner panel assembly is provided with a second through hole, a mounting gasket and a first through hole, and the first through hole is used for allowing the first internal thread stud and the fixingcolumn on the outer panel assembly to penetrate through; the first opposite-penetrating screw is used for penetrating through the first through hole to be connected with the first internal thread stud, so that the mounting gasket is installed at one side of the inner panel assembly of a door body; and the second opposite-penetrating screw is used for penetrating through the second through hole tobe connected with the second internal thread stud, so that the inner panel assembly is installed at the side, opposite to the outer panel assembly, of the door body. When the intelligent lock is installed, the inner panel assembly and the outer panel assembly do not need to be disassembled, installation steps can be reduced, and installation efficiency is improved.
